How come my phone is not creating any of my appt's? Or reminders?

I don't know. Are YOU using the Calendar and Reminders app to create the appointments or reminders?

If the answer to what you were asked about the 2 apps you are using is YES and you are not jail broken, There should be no reason why can't make a appt with your calendar or reminder with your app at all. Have you also tried to ask Siri do it like saying to Siri...Make appt for Doctor on next wed or on that date at 10:00 AM. Same with reminder, Please set up reminder to get haircut on tuesday at 10:00 AM. See if that works. You can also go into settings for both and like I do have them all set to remind you an hour before with a tone of your liking or just use the default tone.

One last thing is make sure you don't have these apps in the restriction section.
