Cut sim for iphone5c: recognized but internet not working

Hello everyone.
I have just cutted my micro sim to make it nano and put it in my new iphone 5c.
I ordered that sim from b-mobile (b-mobile VISITOR SIM | b-mobile wireless internet), a mobile company in Japan.
Now, it seems to work, meaning that I can see the full signal bar. and the name of the company, and also the 3G displayed by side; BUT I can't connect to internet in the end, it displays the wheel to load the page but nothing happens.

Does this mean that it didn't work?
I thought that, if the procedure was failed, then the sim card was not recognized at all. But in this case something else seems to happen.

Any suggestion please?

Since I've never even heard of this company, unfortunately I don't have the first clue where to point you in terms of service or questions directed at the company.

I can say though that in the past I have seen where a carrier can provide cellular service to a device but not data, and this seems to be exactly what is going on here. In that, you should probably ask an online community or the carrier directly whether or not data is possible through the method you tried.
