updated iPhone 4s has no access to app store

Any explanation for app store not working through my phone 4s since it was updated to 7.1 hate to pay to play for a fix seemingly caused by the update

Try restarting your iPhone. If that doesn't work, look into restoring your iPhone

Check your Restrictions. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions & make sure none are set for the App Store.
