Go to settings, sounds and turn it all the way up. Your notification settings might have been changed too.

You can also hit the volumn buttons up and down on the side of your phone w/o having to go into settings and sounds just to save a a step, Either way will work.

That doesn't change the notification volume unless you've enabled that feature in the sounds settings.

Yeah. After you update, bluetooth is always turned on, even if you turned it off before the update.
