my question is i want to downgrade to ios 6.1.4 cuz i hate ios 7 and i want to downgrade back to ios 6. so i want to ask that if there is anyway i can build ipsw with these blobs or anyway to restore my iphone 5 to back ios 6.1.4 ? i have blobs for ios 6.1.4.

Nope, a bootrom exploit would be needed (none exists for A5 & up devices) plus a custom firmware installer cause iTunes 11.1 broke custom firmware installations.
