What is the Difference between iPhone, Google based Phone and Blackberry?

I saw there are lot of people those suggest to buy iPhone, but i am confused that when there is Google based Phones, the Window Based Phone and the BlackBerry, uff so many option, how can i decide to buy a phone, my need to get the Phone is for professional needs, so which brand do i prefer? Please suggest me the best option....
