wunt stop searching

am a bit into phone fixing and sales recently a friend brought an iphone4s to be configured it's stil locked by the way so I was going to use a JV sim but it doesn't com up each time you try and even when the sim is out it always in a searching mode.. what can I do?

You are going to have to take that up with the carrier for unlocking and searching issues. Do you mean the SIM is locked or the phone itself BTW?
