Small window in Cydia and Safe Boot doesn't work

Hi,

I've jailbreaked my iOS 7.0.6 with evasi0n 1.0.7.

When I run Cydia, I get this small window asking me for options (user, hacker, developer) but the touch screen doesn't work.

I have tried to boot in safe mode (with volume up) and disable tweaks but the boot proceeds normally and nothing happens.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Yes restore your perfectly good phone back to 7.0.6 and forget the JB. If you have to insist on the JB because I do know many who have had no issues with 7.0.6 Peter Cohen from the Blog on iMore was good enough to put this together. Use if if you have to.

Prior to your JB hopefully you had saved a backup to iTunes or iCloud if not make a back up now. Plug your iPhone into your computer and restore as new. Then load your backup. Now jail break your phone again.
