How do I delete individual games from the Game Center on iPad Mini Retina?

I have games that have shown up in my Game Center on my new iPad Mini with Retina. There are certain ones I would like to delete. How do I do that?

If it's the same as the iPhone then in Game Center where it lists all your games, swipe left on the game you want to remove and the delete button should show up

The tap delete and it should remove that game from Game Center.
