Hi Viber Team,
First question - Where should the customers who are "paying" for the service contact you?
Coming to the Problem: I bought Credit from Viber website to make "Viber out" calls, to India mobile numbers. But unfortunately its working bad. I can hear them, but they either cannot hear me or there is lot of voice break, which they don't understand what I speaking. All the calls I did till now have gone waste just saying ""Hello Hello Hello...". It seems my money has gone waste. I am in Italy on a business trip and making calls for here.

Just more information for a resolution, normal Viber to Viber calls,Skype etc. are working on my Wifi network. And I tried calling from iPhone Viber and laptop Windows Viber.
Please help me at an earliest if you can, before I go back to to by country else its really going to be complete waste of my money and then I would like you to refund it back to my card please.
