DoPushMail problem

Every time someone emails my iCloud address, they get an email telling them it was undeliverable. The message says it was unable to send it to a different address than mine. It is a dopushmail.com address (never heard of it). I'm actually getting the emails despite the confusion but I don't know how to set things right. What is happening?
