iPhone 4S won't charge from the Mophie

I received this unit on Friday. I charged it and proceeded to charge my 4S with it. It worked fine all weekend. This morning I gave it my supervisor (it was purchased for him and he asked me to test it out) and he is telling me that it is not charging his phone. He said that the toggle switch is in the correct position. Any ideas as to why mine charged but his didn't?

Maybe not making good contact, Yours was in ok and his was not or it might have just gone bad, Try yours again and if it works it has to be the contacts on his.

Try blowing out the inside of the charger port with air. Also plug it in and do a hard reset. If not send it back. Great customer service.
