For the dictionary, just search in the App Store. I have the Dictionary.com application, which is free, and I am sure there are many more in the App Store. For your Yahoo, are you able to log in on your PC or other device?

iOS has a built in dictionary. In any app that allows you to highlight text, highlight a word and select define from the popup. If you don't have a dictionary installed it will prompt you to install one or more.
