Find Files from Backup of Ipad to Windows 8 PC

Itunes backed up my ipad to my Windows 8 PC, or so it says. But nothing I try can find it. Not "AppData". etc. The Mobile Device service is running. So is iTunes

Click on the icon on the top left. Then click on preferences and then devices. The list of backups should be there.
