my ipad air gets hung up how to get rectify this problem, when i start that and open an apps that time it get hung.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Try a restore to a previous working version, and if that doesn't work, you should bring it to an Apple store to get it checked.

I agree restoring like it just came out of the box as new. If that does not do it, Then the Apple store.
