If you're referring to the password protection on it, you can't.

You have to sign out of the Apple ID.

Not going to happen and I am sure speaking for all of my fellow members that answer these questions on a regular basis, If you spent money if it was $1.00 and you walked away or bought it from someplace you had no access to the phone until you received it and did not know either way it was a clean phone and had no idea it worked and AL:L previous info was removed, Then you have a heavy paperweight that is going to do you no good at all. Nobody can help you bypass the new security features. You don't have many options other than to try and get your money back. Good luck. We have just heard these stories too many times and feel bad for the buyer.
