Iphone 4 CDMA

Hello, I am replacing the front screen on an iphone 4 CDMA. When I install the corner screws on the bottom of the screen it puts just the right amount of pressure on the home button to depress it. Anyone run into this? Am I missing a spacer or something? If I put the glass and the bezel against the frame it depresses the home button. Thanks.

Make sure you are putting the right screws in as they are not interchangeable.
