how do i get an audio book from my iPad to my iPhone

Hello and welcome to iMore ... The easiest way to do this would be through iTunes itself. You can select which audio books to sync and simply sync your iPhone and iPad to the same computer. Was the audio book purchased through apple or another source?

Did you buy it from the iBooks Store? If so, go to the "purchased" section of the iBook App on your iPhone and download it.
