Transfer problem pictures

Ive just tried to put my pictures from my iPhone 4s onto the computer and the pictures all had half of the image missing I would only see a side to top of the image

I put my phone to pv windows 7 ultimate via USB cable provided

I used the auto start up option import videos or images

Whene it had finished I went to look at them make sure all there and all of them had this problem

Anyone know why?
