Settings>> Notification Center>> Messages>> scroll to Repeat Alerts... you can select up to 10 repeats... repeats are at two minute intervals.

I have mine set to repeat once & it gets annoying sometimes. I can't imagine it repeating more than that.

The iphone 5C does not have the ability to set to repeat ~any other ideas or apps to download?
My service manager needs to get alerts through out the day in noisy settings. The vibrate mode is weak at best, too.
