I would like to think and I hope for your sake my 2 friends that answered before me are more likely correct. If for some reason I don't imaging you have any more warranty but you might still need to take it to an Apple store for a bit of repair. Good luck and Welcome to iMore.
If the above doesn't work, try holding both the power and home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo, and then release the buttons and let the device boot up normally.
