i can't purchase videostar effects

I tired to purchase effects on the videostar app but when I sign in to purchase it, it comes up with a note saying "purchase failed: cannot connect to iTunes store." so I plugged it in my laptop but it still comes up with the same note when I try to buy it. and yes I am typing the right password.

There is probably an issue with that extension in the app store...try it again later today.

What you could do is, there's a question mark on video star. Click on it and send an email to video star about your problem. I had the same thing and I just emailed them about and there working on it right now
