Apps can't access contacts

Hi I ve recently downloaded viber but it can't access my contacts.i ve also downloaded other apps which require access to my contacts and still have the same problem!i ve followed the steps -settings - privacy - contacts to allow access but it won't show the apps that have asked for access it shows nothing!how can I fix this?thanks

Just because the apps are not listed, it doesn't mean they don't have access to your contacts. In other Viber-related questions should be directed via the developers of the Viber app.
