sn0wbreeze PWNED IPSW not on desktop?

[iMore Question]

I got a PWNED IPSW for my iPod Touch 2G (MC) and it said that it saved to desktop, but it's not there. I restarted explorer.exe, I refreshed the desktop, but it's not there. I'm using sn0wbreeze 2.9.14.

I am having the same problem while updating my 3gs from ios 4.1 to ios 6.1.3. can anybody help us where to find the snowbreeze PWNED IPSW if its not there on the desktop. i tried several times to but no success!!
