I need advice on creating an app.

Hallo i need some help to make a app.
me and some friends are making a app, it a school project and we need some help.
can i make a lock on my app so i need to finger-scan it before i cant login to the app ?
and can i make an app to open a door, and what does it need to make it work.

Hello and welcome to iMore ... The fingerprint scanner is unfortunately locked down and not part of the current API. As far as opening a door you would first need to select the hardware that you would like to use and make sure that they have a developers API available so that you can allow your app to have direct access to the device. Pretty complicated stuff, however I would recommend searching for the device you would like to interact with first.

After if it turns out to go with the IOS platform hardware as already asked, You can go to Apple or search for building an app in Apple's developer area.
