Please help: Jailbroken iPad mini screen black

Hello I recently jailbroke my ios7 ipadmini with the untethered evasion7, my device crashed randomly while browsing safari, the screen is not showing anything but the sound works when inserting the charger (uncertain if abnormal), the off button also wont show up also.. i am unsure of what to do, i would be extremely relieved if there was a guru who could help

Push/hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple appears on screen... Then let go and wait for it to reboot.
