iPhone Stuck on loading

I currently downloaded a new tweak for my jailbroken iPhone 5 (7.0.4) and it would go to the apple logo then after a minute it would go into the loading animation (like the one it will show when your battery died, and is turning off) I tried holding down the lock button for 3 seconds, then holding down both lock and home button for 15 secs, then finally holding the home button for 10sec, but then it would just repeat, from apple logo into the loading animation! please help me!!!

This exact thing happened on my iPad mini a couple of days ago when I jail broke it. I ended up having to restore it on iTunes. Connect the phone to your computer and do exactly what you were doing so iTunes recognizes that the phone is in recovery mode to restore.

Unless a real jailbreak guru can give you another suggestion, you're just gonna need to restore.
