Jailbreak themes won't work

I have an iPhone 5s and I'm on 7.0.4. I did a jailbreak using evasi0n and when I try to apply themes. Winter board does no apply it. I used ifile to download the themes.

From what I have read, this jailbrak came out of left field so not many developers were prepared. Because of this, winterboard is not working yet. It will take some more time, but they will work eventually...just not right now.

Winterboard is working for specific apps. I'm not sure if it's only the ones that are optimized for iOS 7 but my brother and I are jailbroken and are using Winterboard with no problems.

I haven't seen any themes for iOS 7 yet but some icon packs are working.

Okay, I often check Redmond pie or see an update everyday, this is what they just posted regarding a iOS 7 theme. It's ready or release.

Winterboard was just updated to make it work. However, there are only certain types of themes working right now. Wallpapers are one of the main things that do not work so if that's what you're trying to run, it won't work.

To the OP I am going to send you a link here about iMore signing off on this jailbreak but please read it carefully especially about jailbreaking ONLY ig you installed 7.0.4 via tethered to iTunes NOT via OTA. The second link speaks for itself and why you should not.
