link iphone to airport express and how do I play music

How do i link phone to airport express (I have a wifi hub) and what setting do i need to have active on iphone to play music on hi-fi via airport express

You need a device to play the music through that can receive airplay... there are speakers... audio systems... the AppleTV... I will frequently use my AppleTV to AirPlay live streams podcasts and downloaded podcasts as well through my TV.
