Multiple Iphones same contact list

Hello,
I am currently looking for a solution for my business problem. I currently run a business that has 50+ 4S iphones, one for each of my employees. I want to create a global address book that includes all the phone numbers so they can call each other. At the same time I would love for the option to add or remove a contact to the global list as they leave or join my company. I have created a google account and was able to create this, however if a user deleted a contact on the phone then it deleted it off the global lists.

Does anybody have a solution? I can't be the first one with this problem.

I know we have this option at work but it's done through our email which is MS Exchange. All our work iPhones sync with exchange which includes email, contacts, tasks and calendars.

If you live near an Apple store make an appointment with them to spend a little time with one if their business specialists. They are exceptional!! The location near to me has an amazing conference room they will take you to away from all the chatter on the sales floor.

If it is not too late and since you now have the list compiled, Why not place your list on an exchange server instead as previously mentioned. This way you have total control over what gets added or deleted and nobody else. After all it is your business and very generous if you are a fairly small to give 4S iPhones to all your employees.
