Help with getting a refund for an unauthorized iTunes in-app purchase
I was following your instructions for reporting an unauthorized itunes in app purchase. The instructions said I would be routed to an apple sign in page. That never happened. I was only sent back to the original account summary page. Any idea how to complete this process from here?

Either an appointment at the Genius Bar or email. If this is time consuming they may want to call Apple by phone as that will be quicker.
