Missing most of my music and tones after upgrade to 7.0.4

I recently upgraded to 7.0.4 and re-jail broke my iPhone 5. I cannot get iTunes to copy my music or any musical ringtones to the device.

More than likely because of the jailbreak so I suppose you are going to have to figure out what is important... Do you want all of that on the phone set back up as new w/o the jailbreak or no music and ringtones. Sorry to say that but the JB just might not play nice with the latest OS.
