I accidentally did it, and now I can't save photos that I've uploaded to instagram on my phone anymore. How do I get Instagram to make another photo album on my phone again???

If your uploading photos to instagram then they should already be on your phone. Am I understanding your correctly?

Try deleting the app and reinstalling
