16 or 32 gb iphone 5s?!? first phone!

im 14 and i have never had a phone. i dont know whether to get a 16 or 32 gb iphone 5s.
- i take a lot of photos daily
- small to decent music collection
- no movies or tv shows
- small video usage
- and i use a decent/good amount of apps/ games

If you could swing it go with the 32gig- apps and games are getting larger and pictures take up a lot of memory as well. You will have the phone probably for about 2 years- you don't want to limit yourself.

Its better to have and not need than to need and not have....I suggest the 32gb

You are 14. Whoever is going to spring for the phone even if it is you, Go with the 32GB because you and i know you are going to be putting music and videos on it which takes up space. Better than to have more than not enough. Welcome to iMore and good luck.

16GB would be for a person who does minimal photography/videography, doesn't keep a lot of apps (especially games), minimal music (if any) and really just uses it as a phone/text messaging device primarily.

32GB I would think would fall more in line with what you demand of the device, and would keep you from having to delete stuff to make new things "fit", which is never fun.
