iPhone 5S frozen

Hi
Just got my new iPhone 5S today, trying to update via iTunes the screen has frozen showing the iTunes logo and an image of the connection lead.
I can switch the phone off but on restarting the same always comes up.

I've tried connecting/disconnecting and connecting again to iTunes but nothing is happening!

Please help!

Just connect to iTunes and restore it.

Plug it into iTunes then hold both buttons until the apple logo shows up. Let go of the power button only until the plug icon shows up. Then let go and iTunes should recognize it.
