How to keep emails marked unread on my personal folder if I'm using Icloud

Hi Guys. I have my personal account on Yahoo and my PA uses my Icloud with all my email ids to answer the emails on my behalf. Sometimes there are urgent emails that she has had a look at and marks it unread on ICloud. But it shows read on my account. Sometimes there is an important email and I get to it quite late instead of replying to it sooner. Is there a way that the emails can be left unread on my Yahoo account? Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can. Once a message has been read, I can only assume it is detected as such via Yahoo.

On the bottom of an opened email are several options, try flagging it and see if it will transfer that markup back to its original location.

Or maybe she can forward back you flagged as urgent.
