Macbook pro vs. Macbook air

I'm a junior in high school looking for a reliable macbook for senior year and college. I'm not sure which macbook to get; I'll probably need one with a lot of storage space, and I'll need to be able to edit pictures and video. Any advice?

It's depends on your preference but I would recommend the Air. It weighs less so you don't have to carry a heave laptop around all day.
