If you mean the notification to update, you can't get rid of that. Must be jail broke to do that.

I don't recommend interfering with an iOS update while in progress. Now if you're referring to the update notification, I don't *think* you can remove it, but I always update so I don't know for certain.

I wouldn't try to interfere with your device once the update has started. It might be a good way to brick your device.

Are you asking if ios 7 can be canceled after it's been updated. The answer is no it can't.

My Question is why would you want to?

If your worried iOS7 will not run well on the i4 well many on iMore have stated it does
