My Iphone 5 is showing 276 sent emails, but there are no emails in my sent folder inOutlook or on the Comcast server. Somehow, I was able to delete this from my IPad, but I don't remember what I did. Any suggestions?

In regard to your Outlook.com email, go to Settings->Mail, Contact, Calendars and then select your Outlook.com mail under "Accounts". Now scroll down to the "Mail Days to Sync" section and then select "No Limit". Afterwards, you will be able to see ALL of your associated email if you haven't truly deleted them. There may be a similar setting for your Comcast email. If not, you need to logon to your Comcast web service via a computer to verify whether or not your email is deleted.
