back up iPhone 5

How do I back up my iPhone 5? I have iCloud linking my computer and my phone (set up by Apple Store)

Have it back up to iCloud. It will do it automatically when you are on wifi and plugged in to power outlet. Settings iCloud then chose what you want backed up
