if i put my iphone 5 black in a case will it get scratched? or will it not get scratched at all?

Hello and welcome to the community ... There is no simple answer to your question however this topic has come up numerous times in our forums, I invite you to join as a member and consider browsing some of the topics that we offer. I personally have found that the leather case Apple sells works fantastic with the iPhone 5 and has a lining inside that has not scratched my devices. Again, welcome to the forums.

There's no way to determine that. Some cases have been known to slightly scratch devices. Do you want to take a chance of dropping it without a case? Good luck!

it all depends on what you buy..
