How do you share my iPad screen with TV -using Roku

We have a Roku and have heard there is a way to share my screen on any device, (I.e iPad, iPhone ), thru my Roku 3. Should you have any suggestions on how to go about this ? I have looked at apps, configure thru a. Channel on Roku , no luck yet. Thanks you, Anita
