On my iPhone 4s with OS7 when I get an incoming call there is no way to answer the call on the screen it displays remind in 1 hour but there is no green button to answer the call then it lists the call as a missed call and I can call back.

What do I need to do to correct this please.

I would start by doing a hard restart on the phone (Holding power and home buttons together for 10sec. or until the phone restarts)...

If that doesn't work, I would do a full restore on the phone through iTunes.

Maybe reboot your device or reset it via iTunes.

I think, this is not a hard task at all and hop, if you reset your iPhone using any software like iTunes , Maybe it occured for hangout or mass CPU uses.
