Bigger App Folder Size on iOS7 iPad

Is there a way to make the app folder size larger than 9 icons on iOS7 w/iPad?

9 seems like a ridiculous and arbitrarily small size to make it even if it matches the smaller icon.

Ideally 4 or 5 icons across would make best use of the avail screen size.

Nope. iOS 7 only allows 9 icons to a page in a folder... you can (1) accept it, (2) wait for a jailbreak fix, or (3) provide feedback to Apple.

Not that I'm aware of. Nine is the max amount that can be displayed at one time in a folder, however, with iOS 7, more than 9 apps can fit in a folder.
