I looked under I Cloud and it sad I coud buy more storage, but it costs money every year to get it. Can anyone help me out with my robem,as I haven't got a clue, I would really appreciate it.

    Hi carolRob Welcome to iMore.

What size iPad are you using? You will have to remove some apps or media such as music or movies to make more storage room on your iPad.

This has nothing to do with iCloud storage, just the storage on device for music, apps, videos, photos, etc. delete some of those.
