imessage wont send to some. ive restored and still no fix. any solutions

1. Reboot your device.
2. Logout of iMessage and then log back in.
3. Go to Settings->General->Reset and then select "Reset Network Settings"

Now, it is my understanding that iMessage is not sending iMessages to some of your recipients. Right? Please note that if those recipients don't have I-devices or do not have iMessage enabled on their devices, they will not receive any iMessages. Having said that, they should still be able to receive regular SMS messages from you.

i can imessage someone and receive an imessage back but then it wont let me imessge them randomly but when they text back it comes to me as an imessage

My wife's iPhone still does this on occasion when she tries to message my daughter. It's very random however she has to reboot to get it going again. I may do a factory restore on her device to see if that helps. So you are not alone, on this one.
