how do i attach a photo or document when replying to an e-mail on my ipad mini

Initiate sending of a picture or document within the app that created it... Camera Roll (or 3rd party camera app) or the app that created the document and use the share function to send by email.

Is "iMore Question" kind of like a generic screen name for those who do not want to sign up but still want to ask a question of the forum?

Yeh either way it is pretty cool no matter what and allows conversation for the ones that just don't want to sign up.
