Untethered JB

Hello,

I have an Iphone 3gs with ios 5.1.1 untethered JB+unlock. As far as i cant use lot of application because they require the new versions, and i couldnt find any good info i just have to ask here, if there is any untethered JB for the ios 6.1.3 and can i unlock my phone with it?

Thanks for your fast answer. Is there a chance, any of the hacking groups already working on the untethered jailbreak? Semi-tethered a bit unconfortable to use..
