You can go here and download the ipsw to make sure you have a good copy iClarified - iPhone - Where To Download iPhone Firmware Files From They click the link in my signature and read through the thread because your hosts file was probably altered. Were you Jailbroken before? if you were then once you've corrected your hosts file put the iPhone in DFU mode and then holding the Shift(Windows)/Option(Mac) click restore and point to the ipsw.
