iphone5 IO7.0.3 Issues with BArrtery percentage and shuts off by itself

my phone is stuck at 78% i restart goes to 34% and will stay there til i restart. it will stay stuck on the the same percentage. and my screen blurs then will shutoff. does not matter what percentage it is at. help please only had this phone 6 months. <email removed>

I’d strongly suggest that you visit your local Apple store and have them look at it... could be an issue that would get a replacement phone.
